i miss blogging.

i cant say that i dont have that enough time anymore because if i dont have, then i may not finished my self-entitled scrapbook: “who says life is boring?” wel..i guess my time is dedicated more on doing these arts and crafts which i liked the most rather than going out on a friday and saturday night. oh well…blogging about these arts and crafts…how about -  that would be my blog today: arts and crafts.

i am more of doing these crafts nowadays rather doing these digital arts and freehand drawings. i dont know why. i think its because of these colorful and tiny accents and details that when I’m done doing these things I can appreciate it more because I have spent my time on it, my creativity, the hardships (including my fingers sticking together beause of the mighty bond, my shirts and the floor covered with all these paints and glue and glitters…) and the money i spent turned out and the look of my room after doing these stuffs…not to mention that these crafts are my stress relievers also.

The arts and crafts im into are candle making, paper quilling, handmade paper, angels, scrapbook making, card making, jewelry making, paper weight and magnetic holders.

Sometimes, its not just a hobby after all..but its also profitable. Like when other oganizations will call me for a one day session for teaching them how to make this and that—come to think of it—you can earn with this hobby, too.

..in my silence, i am proud.

Being the eldest of the family takes a great responsibility to our sibs for some people..not for me. It’s not a big deal after all. I think its because we still have our parents that supports us..and lucky us! =) But being in one corner doesn’t mean I dont care about them any more despite of some family issues. (oh well….).

I do care for them, sometimes!, like buying them their stuffs, treat them out for a bottle of beer or even pig-out! There are also times when I am really pissed of with them especially when they raid my room and get things with out permission (hmmm…).

But being silent in my nook, i am proud to have them though. I may not show them that I am, but, I am! =)  Like my two bros into arts–uhmmm–theater, films and production. Oh boy! They just got it from mom! (yeah, it runs from the blood, ‘dyu know?) They even won awards for it. See? My sis stops her schooling at UP-Miag.ao as she takes up Public Health and has a job at a call center. (She wants it and I hope she’ll realize though the importance of education.) She has the brains amongst us..and the first time I saw her wearing her white-ies..damn! She looks good at  it and i know mom would be very happy to see her…i know, i know. 

Its not really a required reponsibility for an eldest to be that supportive as others may think..but I also salute those eldest standing as the bread-winner of their family.

being inefficient because of the inefficiency of others!

oh! i hate this.

especially when i have an activity to deploy; and all materials from the head office will arrive last minute? it sucks! totally sucks. i always prepare all materials days before the activity to avoid panic.
especially when there are deadlines and you have to collate all reports and there is one who did not submit his/her…it super suuuper suuuperrr totally sucks!
especially when you’re doing all the best and others do only their "job description".
it sucks! doooper sucks!

9th of july

6.30am. ohh. i woke up late today. geesh! my first plan for this day was ruined. i was planning to attend the 6.00am mass at San Sebastian Cathedral and have breakfast at Jollibee. hmmm…im craving for pancakes kanina.

instead, i prepared and ready myself to take the 7.00am mass na lang.

hmmm..until i had a hitched na lang with our hired jeepney for the house to house activity, timing man kay they passed by the house.

so, in the end, wala na ko kasimba. =)

there’s so many things na naobserve ko this day. especially on my way to la salle for a meeting.

-ohh! grabe ang init today. nami magdala ice everytime mag gwa ko sa office for field work. everyone was using big shades kanina..some were drooping sweat. whoo!

-hmmm…i like low-waist jeans. come to think of this: some gurls bought jeans na low-waist. then everytime manaog sila a jeep or simply sit down, they’re covering their back? ey! tani wala nalang sila nagbakal low waist na jeans!! duh!

-while waiting for pao, the air smells like pee!! OMG! wala na gid ta ya masinghutan nga nami? kainit na daan sang panahon tapos ang masimhutan ta pangsot pa. tsk! tsk! baw man guys, try to find a cr!! indi lang sa kilid. try using mcdonald’s or jollibee’s cr. wala man da cla kapabayad ah. pasalamatan ka pa when you get out. =)

well, the day ended with pizza, calzone and spaghetti. yummy! it was a birthday treat anyway!!

how blog helped me.

hmmm….i really dont know what to write all about..but one thing for sure, i want to update my blog. i was thinking of some interesting topics but im afraid that some readers (are they?) who were trying hard to read my silly corner may misunderstand my opinion. oh well…but you know what: this blog helped me to stop thinking deep of my lost mother. yes. i have friends that i can talk to but when im alone…the memories of mommy still lingers on. and i hate it not because i dont want to remember it anymore but because i have to move on. i wanted to keep mommy’s memories in my heart not in my mind. thats why i make journals everyday in my laptop. i then suddenly feel im tired of writing down notes and concentrated more on my career (naks! what career am i talking about!!!? geesh!). keep busying myself from work and reponsibilities (that ncludes going to ARCADE!!!!) minimizes my thinking ahout her. and even i have problems, i keep myself busy so i may forget them. and that helps.

hmm….review of my christmas wish.

well…last december i had my christmas wish. let me see if my wishes do come true.

1. A new dress will do, please match it with a new edge shoes.

i have a new dress..yes.

2. A gift certificate from National Bookstore.

hmmm…dont have this yet.

3. A one year subscription of Candy mag and WITCH.
neither this.

4. A one year passes at SM Cinema.
nor this one.

5.  A  USB harddisk.

got a 160g of external hd.
6. A new iPOD Nano.

i didnt get a nano, but shuffle can do.

7. A new bag.

i got this new bag from 888. =) it’s material is canvass and has a loud print of graphic girl. nice.

8. A gift certificate at Gerry’s Grille.

nah, Gerrys is closed already..but i had a great evening there.

last week…

last week was full of things to be done since we have 2 special events in just one week. though there are many obstructions happened, i enjoyed every second of it. whoo! thought we can never survive?–well…here we are!

we also pave a visit to the taping of "kapamilya winner ka". its a local game show where Nel (yeah, of PBB!) hosted this show played with the "wais na mga nanays" since Surf sponsored the games. I remembered my mom when I was in the set since most of the crews were her students.

the panaad pop fiesta also gave a very memorable experience..or we say, a very unforgetable moment for me. there are some issues concerning some of the panaad officials/persons that we have to make decisions for accommodations and security purposes. it was so frustrating that they did not even inform neither coordinate with us especially that they are under the government. tsk! tsk! government!!! –but we ended up a great event. with spongecola, nikki gil, yeng constantino, chad peralta and southwind performing, it was one hell of a show.

the week never ended with just that because the closing ceremony of the panaad sang negros leaves it with our globe event. though it rained so hard, the show must go on whether it rained cats and dogs. hosted by stanley and jopi of iFM, the euphonic band started with a roar! though the crowd just knew them, they drive the crowds (…hehehhe especially ladies) crazy! games were also prepared during the preparation for the next performer. The freestyle ended the show with "half crazy".

hmm…i still can’t get my hang overs for these events. sunday is just one day of rest. i think i need a whole week. it monday now and "back to work"!!

have a break. sit down.

i will have a very busy schedule from this week ’til next… But this week started so lonely as I received a news from an old friend tha one of our girl friend passed away at Dubai. She was actually a victi of a hit and run. So long, BG Bayot. thank you for the friendship and surely, our memories will be treasured forever (sob!).

Oh well, activities were lined up starting from Panaad Pop Fiesta concerts to samplings.

And here is the most exciting of all, the Panaad Pop Fiesta where Spongecola, Nikki Gil, Southwind, Yeng Constantino and Chad Peralta will entertain Negrenses on May 1 at Pnaad stadium, 7pm.

On mAy 4, freestyle and euphonic band will entertain also GLOBE subscribers at Panaad Stadium, 9pm.

We are Jampacked with activities during these weeks…but for me…every activity counts and im enjoying it.
